Payment Policy and Fees

Financial Policy

The fee for any given endodontic procedure depends on various factors such as the specific tooth involved and the complexity of the case.

Prior to your initial visit, we will seek to collect information regarding your dental insurance plan, which we will use to estimate your potential out-of-pocket cost.  A more accurate out-of-pocket estimate and insurance breakdown will be provided to you following your consultation and/or before any treatment is rendered.  However, please note without an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your dental insurance carrier, we are only able to provide an estimate.

It is our Practice's policy that you pay for your care/treatment at the time it is delivered

It is very important to note that most dental insurance policies provide some coverage for endodontic procedures while most medical insurance policies do not.  Further, the amount your specific dental insurance plan may reimburse depends on the specifics of your plan, which is a contract between you and your dental insurance carrier.

As a courtesy to you, we will file your dental insurance claim on your behalf.  Should your insurance carrier reimburse more than is estimated, we will promptly refund you.  If a balance remains after your insurance carrier has remitted payment, our Practice will send you a statement due upon receipt for the care/treatment you received.  For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards.
